2. Booking and Payment
2.1 Reservations
Bookings can be made online, by phone, or in person.
Payment is required at the time of booking to secure your reservation.
We accept various payment methods, including credit/debit cards and digital payments.
2.2 Cancellations and Refunds
Cancellations made at least 24 hours in advance will receive a full refund.
Cancellations made within 24 hours of the booking time will not be eligible for a refund.
In the event of a no-show, the booking fee is non-refundable.
3. Usage Rules
3.1 Conduct
Respectful and responsible behaviour is expected at all times.
Abusive language, inappropriate conduct, and damage to property are strictly prohibited.
Intoxicated individuals will not be allowed to use the simulators.
3.2 Equipment
Only Venue-provided or approved equipment may be used.
Customers are responsible for any damage caused to the equipment due to misuse or negligence.
Personal belongings should be kept in designated areas; the Venue is not responsible for lost or stolen items.
3.3 Attire
Appropriate golf attire and non-marking shoes are required.
Please ensure that your clothing does not interfere with the sensors or other equipment.
4. Liability
The Venue is not liable for any injuries sustained while using the simulators.
Customers use the simulators at their own risk.
The Venue is not responsible for any damage to personal equipment or belongings.
5. Privacy
Personal information collected during the booking process will be used in accordance with our Privacy Policy.
We do not share your information with third parties without your consent.
6. Amendments
The Venue reserves the right to modify these Terms at any time. Changes will be posted on our website and will take effect immediately.
